Day 1: Arrival
Arrival at Kathmandu. Check in at hotel. Rest day

Day 2: Trek preparation day in Kathmandu
After Breakfast at the hotel, Briefing and preparation about the trek and a detail information about the route, its geographical condition, places of interest in the entire route will be clarified. Checklist and verification of all necessary personal items will be done.
Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj
Leave hotel early morning for Kathmandu domestic airport for departure to Nepalgunj. Reach Nepalgunj after one hour. Check in at hotel at Nepalgunj. Sightseeing of Nepalgunj town. Dinner and rest.
Day 4: Fly Nepalgunj to Juphal and same day trek to Dunai (2140m). 4 hrs trek
Early flight to Juphal after breakfast from Nepalgunj. Reach Juphal after half an hour flight. Walk down three hours to Dunai village, the district headquarter. Check in at lodge or camp. Walk around Dunai village. Dinner and rest.
Day 5: Trek from Dunai to Tarakot (2540m) Trek; 7-8 hrs
Leave Dunai after early breakfast. Arrive Tarakot village after five hours walk. Lunch will be served on the way to Tarakot. Dinner and rest at camp. Interaction with the local villagers and listen to their stories.
Day 6: Trek from Tarakot to Laina(3370m) Trek; 7-8 hrs
Leave Tarakot after breakfast. Arrive Chauki after four and half hour walk. Lunch will be served on the way. Dinner and rest at the camp.
(Note: Rest of the walks will be along the side of the Bheri and Tarap river flowing down from the upper mountain side. )
Day 7: Trek from Laina to Nawarpani(3950m) Trek; 6-7 hrs
After breakfast, we will trek towards Nawarpani; our trail goes on a steep trail which switchback above the Tarap River. The trek will be exciting as the valley becomes narrow and wide as we continue ahead, which offers the spectacular Himalayan scenery and several passes like Chhyugar (3440m), Taltol (3530m) towards the deepest gorge with scary cliffs. Several vigorous climbs and descents will take us to the banks of the Chyugur Khola, We will cross the bank of little stream to reach Nawarpani. Stay overnight at Nawarpani.
Day 8: Trek from Nawarpani to Dho Tarap (3944m) Trek; 7-8 hrs
This day will be wonderful; we will trek along the bank of Larap Khola via Ghyamghar and Langa. Dho Tarap fascinating settlement that manifests the real attribute of Lower Dolpo. The famous settlement of Lower Dolpo nest high above the wide valley. We will explore Dho Tarap, visit beautiful Monastery like thousand years old Ringo Gumpa. Stay overnight at Dho Tarap.
Day 9: Trek from Dho Tarap to Numala B.C (4440m) Trek; 5-6 hrs
Today our trail heads towards Numa La Base Camp, moving alongside Tarap River and ascending uphill towards Tokyu, which is a traditional village with graceful and old-fashioned houses. From there, we cross a bridge to Khanger. To the northwest direction of the main trail, we see the dramatic views of Shering Gompa, which is the house for the monks in the region. Then we continue through the rugged trail to reach Numa La Base Camp. Stay overnight at Camp.
Day 10: Numala BC to Danigar (4512m) Via Numala Pass (5310m)Trek; 6-7 hrs
The day will be little challenging today because we will have to pass 5310m, so it will be difficult day for our trek. Uphill to Numa La pass with patiently, during the trek we will be offered a wonderful mesmerizing mount Dhaulagiri, Norbung Kang and Churan Himal. After spending some time there, we will descend to Gyampo Khola followed by the beautiful meadow to reach Danighar. Stay overnight at Dahighar.
Day 11: Danigar to Yak Kharka (4000m) via Bagala Pass (5170m) Trek; 6-7 hrs
After breakfast, we continue our trek to Temche. Our trek goes steep uphill climb to Baga La pass, which offers a spectacular view of dry landscape and the distant snow-capped mountains like Kanjirowa and Norbung Khang Peak and the entire Phoksundo Lake. After spending sometime at the top, we will then descend down to the beautiful meadow of Yak Kharka (Temche). Stay overnight at camp
Day 12: Yak Kharka to Phoksundo (3609m) Trek; 4-5 hrs
We trek down from Yak Kharka and ascend again towards Ringmo through the lush vegetation of pines, junipers and cypress with the stunning views of towering cliffs and the highest waterfall in Nepal on the right, the trail finally stretches to Ringmo, a famous Bon settlement in the region. Finally, about half an hour downhill trek brings us to the mesmerizingly beautiful lake, Phoksundo. Stay overnight at the camp.
Day 13: Rest day in Phoksundo and explore places around the Shey Phoksundo Lake
Today we explpre the Ringmo village, Phoksundo Lake and the monasteries. A typical Tibetan village is seen from Phoksundo Lake. With the view of Kanjirowa Himal (6,612m) in the background, we relish the sheer beauty of Phoksundo Lake. The beautiful Phoksundo Lake, Thasung Choling Gompa, a Bon Monastery, Ringmo Village, peak of Kanjirowa Range in the back drop from the Monastery, various monasteries, chortens reward the trekkers with the beauty of nature and long back culture. Stay overnight at the tented camp.
Day 14: Phoksundo to Chepka (2670m) Trek; 5- 6 hrs
After having breakfast, we trek uphill and hownhill via Recchi through a forest of pines, birches and bamboo with the last view of Phoksundo Lake. We then descend to the village of Chunuwar followed by Rechi. From there, we walk along the riverbank with uphill and downhill until we arrive in Chhepka. Stay overnight at Chepka.
Day 15: Rechi to Juphal (2500m) Trek; 5-6 hrs
After breakfast, we trek through rocky path alongside of the Bheri River to reach Juphal via Shanta and Karaganda through arid landscape and beautiful fields of barley and wheat surrounded by strong trees, which includes walnut, peach and apricot. Juphal is the large village with market place. Stay overnight at Juphal
Day 16: Fly from Juphal to Nepalgunj and same day fly from Nepalgunj to Kathmandu
Today we will end our trek and return to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj connecting flight. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 17: Final Departure
After breakfast, we will transfer you the international airport for final see off.
